Oceans of Possibilities – 2022 Summer Reading Program
The library’s summer reading program was made possible by the Institute of Museum and Library Services as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
June 1 thru July 30!
Readers of all ages take a deep dive this summer as Polk County Library presents “Oceans of Possibilities” the 2022 Summer Reading Program.
Participation is easy! Sign up for a reading challenge on Beanstack to log your reading throughout the summer and complete activities to earn badges. Did we mention there are prizes for everyone? All individuals that register for a Babies and Toddlers, Children, or Teen reading challenge are awarded a small prize. Every age group earns badges throughout the summer to complete a reading challenge and earn a completion prize. Every person who completes the reading challenge, in addition to receiving registration and/or completion prizes, will be entered into a drawing to win the grand prize for their age group. Grand prizes are available for each challenge age group: 0-5 years, 6-12 years, 13-17 years, and adults 18+ years.
FUN FOR ALL AGES! How it works:
- Visit Beanstack or download the Beanstack Tracker app
- Register for a family or individual account and add readers
- Log reading and activities
- Earn badges and prizes along the way!
**If you registered for Beanstack accounts last summer, simply log in and register for this year’s challenge(s).**
