Copying, Faxing, Scanning, Notary

Copying

The Library offers copying service at all locations.  Copies are 15¢ for black and white and 25¢ for color per page.  If you need help operating the copying machine, we are there to help.

Faxing

Faxing service is also available at all locations.  For Toll Free or local numbers, faxing is just 15¢ for the confirmation page.  For long distance, it is $2.00 for first page, 50¢ per additional page and 15¢ for confirmation page.

Scanning

Scanning is available at all locations for free.  Library staff are there to help you scan and email your documents.  If you need your scanned documents printed, normal printing charges apply.

Notary

Free notary service is available at the Bolivar Library.  Please call the library at 417-326-4531 to ensure that our staff notary is available.
