Reserve A Room
The Polk County Library’s meeting and small group rooms are available for reservation during regular library hours. When a room is not booked, the room is considered general library space and is open for patrons to use.

McDaniel Meeting Room
Rayl Family Library, Bolivar MO
Organizations and individuals may rent the McDaniel Meeting Room up to 4 hours of use per day for a fee of $30.00. A $10.00 fee is assessed for each additional hour requested.
Non-profit groups with a 501c3 and government agencies may rent any meeting room for a fee of $10.00 for up to 4 hours per day. A $5.00 fee is assessed for each additional hour requested.
Reservations should be made at least 14 days in advance. The Library cannot guarantee that requests will be process if its is submitted less than 14 days in advance.
Bolivar Conference Room
Rayl Family Library, Bolivar MO
Organizations and individuals may rent the Bolivar Conference Room up to 4 hours of use per day for a fee of $20.00. A $5.00 fee is assessed for each additional hour requested.

Gipson-Padgett Collaborative Room

Organizations and individuals may rent the Gipson-Padgett Collaborative Room up to 4 hours of use per day for a fee of $20.00. A $5.00 fee is assessed for each additional hour requested.

The videoconferencing systems in the conference and meeting rooms are available through the Pandemic Response Grant – Video Conferencing Setup project. The grant amount is $17,240.00, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act.This project is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
